Once AI Impact - RCA: [FE] Add RCA usage tile (#513249) • Unassigned • Next 1-3 releases completed, we can add the "Duo Root cause analysis users unique users" metrcis to the AI Impact comparison table.

1. Name: Duo RCA: Unique users
2. Value: percentage month over month, calculated via rootCauseAnalysisUsers / duoAssignedUsersCount.
3. Tooltip: with rootCauseAnalysisUsers / duoAssignedUsersCount.
4. Description: Monthly user engagement with Duo Root Cause Analysis. Percentage ratio calculated as monthly unique Duo Chat users / total monthly unique Duo Root Cause Analysis users. link to Learn more.
5. This metrcis should be display below AI Impact table - Adding Duo Chat usage (MoM%) (#477249 - closed) • Alex Pennells • 17.9
6. Similar to the other metrics in the comparison table, adding sparklines as well with trend of the past 6 months. Default sparkline color is blue but it should gradient to green when the change is good (up for Duo RCA: Unique users)
