AI Impact table - Adding Duo Chat usage (MoM%)

Problem

To gain valuable insights and make data-driven, customers need to compare the "Duo Chat usage" month-over-month with other DevOps metrics. This will enable them to perform comprehensive analysis, identify trends and correlations, measure the impact of AI, and support continuous improvement of their SDLC processes.

Proposal

Once AI Impact: [FE] Add Duo Chat usage tile (#468304 - closed) and #461748 (closed) completed. Adding Duo Chat usage metric to the AI Impact comparison table.

1. Adding Duo Chat: Unique users metrcis to the AI Impact comparison table.
2. Adding tooltip with duoChatContributorsCount / duoProAssignedUsersCount .
3. Metric Description: Monthly user engage with Duo Chat. Percentage ratio calculated as monthly unique Duo Chat users / total monthly unique code contributors.GitLab Duo users interacted with Duo Chat in the last 30 days. Learn more.

5. This metrcis should be display below Code Suggestions Acceptance Rate (MoM%)
6. Similar to the other metrics in the comparison table, adding sparklines as well with trend of the past 6 months. Default sparkline color is blue but it should gradient to green when the change is good (up for Duo Chat: Unique users)
