In group trial add buy now button

Problem

Currently, in a group trial on the billing page, there is no option for the user to "buy now" there is only an option to "manage".

Solution

We should replace the "manage" button with a "buy now" button.

This button should direct them into the customer's app so they can proceed with the purchase process.
